What You Need
A
1 whole Fish
1 tablespoon Ginger, shredded
1 stalk Parsley
½ cup Day lily or golden needles, soaked
2 tablespoons Preserved dried cabbage
½ cup Water
B
2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
Sugar & pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients A and B. Stir well.
Place dish on steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
Serve with hot cooked rice.
