Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce


Ingredients

1 piece of salmon steak
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (you can get from any Japanese grocery store)
olive oil

Instructions

1.Season the salmon with the sauce for about an hour or so.
2. Heat up the oil in a non-stick pan till it is just hot. Slide the salmon into the pan and grill till the fish is cooked through. You know it is cooked when it’s bright orangy pink colour turns opaque and is a light pink.
3. Serve hot.
