Lagi 9hari my darling son akan menyambut his 1st Birthday....and mummy still feed him same menu...borink kan baby..hehe so jom try new idea for his breakfast ;)
- Sliced fresh fruit with a natural yogurt dip
- Scrambled eggs or mash avocado with wholewheat toast .
- An alternative whole grain ie barley/multi grain breakfast, with fresh fruit
- Wholewheat toast fingers with a natural yogurt dip (you can add pureed fruit to the yogurt for variety)
- Cottage cheese with fresh fruit slices
- Lightly toasted bagel pieces, topped with cream cheese
- French toast squares (after 1 year of age)
- Cheerios soaked in applesauce, or any baby's favourite fruit puree
- Wholewheat toast with cream cheese
- Grilled cheese/cheese on toast
- Pitta bread with houmous
- Breakfast burritos with scrambled egg
- Blueberries
- English muffins topped with cream cheese and fruit puree
