Vegetable Fettuccine With Mint

Bahan-bahan;
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
4 oz (around 1 cup) fettuccine
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh mint(daun pudina), chopped

Method:
- Steam/boil carrot & celery.
- Boil fettuccine sehingga lembut.
- tosskan
- Panaskan olive oil & tumiskan daun pudina
- Campurkan carrot, celery & pasta kemudian tuangkan olive oil +daun pudina tadi
- serve
