Sup Labu untuk si tecik
Sup Labu @ Labu masak tumis air
Apa korank nak panggil pun panggil la yang pasti mommy suka panggil Labu Masak Tumis Air tapi tak tumis pun bahan-bahannya...Hahaha sumer leburkan je dalam periuk
Actually mommy memang suka Labu
Apa-apa yang berkaitan dengan labu seperti kuih koci labu, lepat labu,pancake labu, cekodok labu, bingka labu, lemak labu, tumis air labu sume mommy suka
Labu pun baik untuk sistem pembiakan si daddy HAHAHA
So mommy pun rajin jugak serve labu buat si tecik
Since si tecik dah mula makan nasik, mommy kene la buat sup/lauk berkuah
kalau dulu sume campakkan je dalam slow cooker hahaha
Jom share menu tumis air labu untuk si tecik last week
Bahan-Bahan;
1/2 biji labu bersaiz kecil ( di potong cube)
3 helai daun kunyit bersaiz kecil (kecil sebab mommy tanam sendiri haha) potong2 daun tu
2 biji bawang kecil (di mayang halus)
sedikit homemade serbuk ikan bilis untuk menaikkan rasa kuah tadi (lemak manis gitu)
Air suku periuk
Method:
Rebus air sehingga didih di dalam periuk or kuali
Bila didih campakkan semua bahan ke dalam periuk tadi
tunggu sehingga labu tadi empuk
matikan api & serve
sedap dimakan dgn nasi or makan begitu sahaja
kuahnya...ermm.....rasa daun kunyit & berbau wangi
