CalsiYum with Apple Kiwi Smoothie


Good morning..... smoothie again :P
Kali ni, mommy buat Apple Green Kiwi CalsiYum Smoothie for my darling Abbie
Ternyata he love it very much....habis satu mangkuk
Last week balik rumah naynay (my MIL) she tapau a lot of fruits, buhsan makan cenggitu..kita buat smoothie
Jom tengok cammane nak buat nye:

1 biji ripe green kiwi (nak pakai golden kiwi pun boleh) - dibuang kulit & dipotong2
1/2 biji red apple - dibuang kulit & dipotong2
1 cup CalsiYum grape flavour (actualy guna any flavour pun boleh....kalau nak ganti dengan plain yogurt lagi bagus )
> blend semua bahan & serve :)

 tengok la dak tecik yang teruja nak matan

my son left handed?? huhu
