Carnation Milk Jelly - with seacoconut



Ingredient:
2x135g packs of jelly powder
250ml boiling water
1x410g tin of carnation milk
2 biji sea coconut- slice nipis
Method:
-  Boil water  & jelly in a pot.
- Whisk until the jelly is starting to dissolve.
- When jelly dissolved to water, add the evaporated/carnation milk and whisk until totally combined. 
- Place 1 slice of sea coconut in the glass/cup
- Pour into your chosen serving dishes/glasses. i use plastic cup.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferrably longer, until totally set.
