Stir fry cauliflower with mushrooms and egg tofu

Dah lama x share recipe kn esp toddler recipe,  pasai my toddler dh fully ate family food,  cuma jgn pedas ajew, but nowadays dh mula belajar mkn pedas.
Kalau dulu, pedas lada sulah or halia pun x boleh.
Slowly we introduced with ketchup and letak peppers dlm mee suah sup and tambah halia dlm masakan,  koko dh mula mkn kuah sambal sardin bika mkn roti nan cheese, hehe sikit sos cili pun dh blh terima.

Ni menu seisi keluarga yg x pedas. Semua bahan dlm ni adalah favourite my son.

bahan utama: Cauliflower, dried Chinese mushrooms, egg tofu, carrots,
Bahan perisa : oyster sos, light soy sos and pinch of salt (pasai oyster sos td pun dh masin)
Minyak utk menumis (terbaik guna sun flowers seed oil) dan bwg putih.

Caranya: tumis bwg putih, campak egg tofu, fry for few min and campak sayuran td, add water, add oyster sos, light soy sos, salt and biaqkn srkrjap dlm 3 to 5 min. Siap.

Menu simple and healthy utk seisi keluarga, sedap :)
