Carrot Ball Corn Soup

Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 20 mins
Makes: 2 servings
Suitable for: children aged 1 year and above

Ingredients
1 tsp Cooking oil
20g Onion, finely chopped

A
50g Sweet Corn, finely chopped
50ml Milk suitable for your child
1 tsp Spring onion, sliced
2 tbsp Green beans
300ml homemade chicken stock
B Carrot Balls
50g Chicken, minced
80g Carrot, finely chopped
1 tbsp plain flour

Cooking Method
Mix ingredients B and roll it into balls.
Fry onion in cooking oil until fragrant and add ingredients A
Bring to boil and add carrot balls. Turn down flame and simmer until the balls float.
Serve warm.
