Red Rice porridge with Bening Brocoli & carrot
Ingredient:
Brocoli
Carrot
Red Rice
Prune
Homemade ikan bilik powder
bawang besar
Method:
In slow cooker: cook 2 tbsp red rice with 2 inch water & add 1 cut prune
masak sehingga menjadi bubur
In a small pot: put 2 cup of filter water
add cut onion, ikan bilis powder & dice carrot
wait till boil & add dice brocoli
cook until both vegi tender & serve
oops lupe...abbie makan dengan ikan selar goreng berkunyit...lupe pulak sumber protien mesti ada lah ;P
