Amway Healthy Breakfast Receipe

Bahan-bahan: (2~3 person/cup)

2 tab Vit B
2 tab Vit C
2 tab Calsium
2 tab Fiber (fuits & vegi)
2 tab Vit E
1 spoon Active 8
1 spoon protien
1/2 packet positrim (choco flavour)-there hav vanila & mocca flavour too
fruits (green apple,carrot, dragon fruit, any fruits u like)
500ml Low fatt milk (strawberry milk prefered)


Method:

1- Blend all d tablet with a lil bit of milk. (cover d blade)
2- Add active 8, protien & positrim & put sum milk & blend again.
3- Add fruits & milk & blend a again.
4- Last, add all milk & blend
5- drink in cold mre nicer in every mrning b4 take ur light bfast.


** After dat can eat light bfast such bread, biscuit till lunch time.
its good for those want to keep fit.

i oredi try it with my hubby almost 2 week since we came bck frm Bali & the current result is my hubby oredi lost 2kg (previos is 105kg & now is 103kg) and for me my skin look beautiful since before. Soon i will put my face b4 & after.
