Simple, bg mkn family food, real solid food, xmo blend lg especially bila anak dh full teeth, dh pandai mengunyah dlm age 2thn. Nk bg bubur nasi boleh tp once a while.

Dulu koko duduk rumah baby sitter until 2.5yr madih dia bg bubur, mommy dh ckp bg nasi, yg depa bagi bubur dan biskut for snacks.
Bila mommy jaga, breakfast mkn roti, , pancake, coco crunch with milk, mee or nasi lemak.
Lunch mkn nasi or mee or spaghetti, pendek kata family food tanpa blend2.
Malam pun sama mcm lunch.
Morning and afternoon tea break x lupa, either biscuits, fruits, kuih , corn , cekodok or muffins or donut.
Nutrition drink such yakult (koko x suka vitagen) or green apple juice everyday before lunch.
Alhamdulillah, koko naik 4kgs sejak mommy jaga. Dulu 10kgs x naik2, mommy jaga x sampai 5 bulan dh naik. Happy pun ya sbb mommy jaga.
Mudah pun ya sebab x perlu blend, malah semakin sihat dan jarang sakit :)
