Kesian, but since today br rabu, no rush, mlm ni blh pegi terjah bawa daddy sekali.
Dia pun dh approved utk buat carrot cheese cupcakes ni, kalau nk tau, kt rmh ni I have to ask permission from him before baking anything huhu kalau x dia nk buang katanya huhuhuhu
Recipe asal amik dr vegetarian recipes but since koko n meimei bkn vegan, so I add sosej, actually not so good but kalau ada salmon lg bagus.

Pasta pjg2 mcm ni rebus ikut packaging
4 biji kentang, buang kulit, potong bite sise n rebus till empuk, and tos
10s Holland peas, steam ir boil till soft but dont too long
2 sosej, slice thin n boil till cook
Few slices of yellow and red capsicum
Dash of dried parsley
Pitch of salt
3 cloves garlic, diced
Grated parmesan cheese
Vegetables oil for stir fry
I cook use happy call frying pan, its easier
Letak sikit minyak, sauté kentang hingga golden brown n put aside
Then use same oil, sauté garlic n capsicum till soft
Then put back potatoes n sosej
Pour Holland peas, dried parsley and salt
Stir
Add boiled pasta n stir well.
Then add parmesan cheese, stir n cover the happycall lid.
Cook few minutes till cheese is melted n serve.
