Bingka Labu @ Pumkin Cake
Bahan-bahan:
5 biji telur bersaiz A (if small guna 7biji)
200 ml air
30 ml pati santan
200 gm tepung gandum
180 gm gula halus
1/2 camca teh garam (optional coz masa rebus labu dah letak garam)
1 camca teh esen vanila
500 gm labu yg d rebus & dilecek halus
Method:
1- Putar telur,gula, santan esen vanila sehingga gebu.
2- Masukkan air & perlahan-lahan masukkan tepung gandum & putar sehingga sebati.
3- Masukkan labu yg telah dilecek halus, pukul sehingga sebati.
4- Sapukan loyang bingka atau loyang biasa dgn mentega.
5- Bakar di dalam loyang bingka atau loyang kek biasa di dalam oven selama 40-50 minit dalam 200 C
6- Biarkan sejuk dan sedia terhidang.
