Chilled oatmeal porridge for my honeystar ♥♡♥

Dah lama x memblogging,  tetiba terdetik nk share latest passion at my lovely kitchen.  Dah 5 hari trmasuk hari ni 6 hari mr hubby (bukan mr arrogant tau) tapau this chilled oatmeal porridge to office for his breakfast.  Idea nk buat ni terpacul bila nampak 1 of my friend post empty mason jar d fb dia, katanya sedap chilled oatmeal ni as a snack.
Since hubby I ni nak kurus n maintain health mcm daddy dia ( my FIL ate a bowl of oat every morning for his bfast) now age 80+ tp still strong , healthy n still working 24 7 365days a year!

Hubby ni chubby sikit, so his 2014 resolution dia nk reduce weight,  dh cuba mkn a cup of oat drink setiap pg tapi lama2 kelaut dlm jugak, terus x mkn. Breakfast nasi lemak ayam goreng, mee dan mcm2 lg kalau dia p makan kt cafe opis tu.

So 1st day I buat,  I letak

1/2 cup of oat (kt rmh ada instant oat sajokm terbaik guna rolled oat)
1 tbsp chia seed
1 small box raisins
1/2 banana
1/2 tbsp coklat powder
1/2 cup of milk (any milk will do)

Stir And chilled over night, lagi lama chilled lg sedap dan lg baik. Oat and chia seed akan menyerap susu menyebabkan porridge td menjadi likat.
Hubby makan keesokkan paginya and he loves it, cuma katanya coklat powder too much (maybe sbb I guna van houten punya so a bit bitter) and oat byk sgt. Ok will improve tmw.
He ate around 7am and can last till 1130am tau. Kenyang katanya.

2nd day I buat:

6 tbsp oat (lebih kurang 1/2 cup jugak la )
1/2 small box of raisins
1/2 green apple (chopped cube)
1/3 tbsp chocolate powder
1/2 cup of milk
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
** lupe pulak nak letak chia seed huhuhu

Hubby cakap sedap (as he ate at office) ada manis2 raisins,  masam2 green apple,  tp yg smlm lebih sedap katanya hohoho (kannn mak lupa letak chia seed) :p

3rd day I buat:

Mcm 1st day jugak, cumanya I tambah yoghurt,  kurangkan coklat powder, kurangkan raisins , tambah walnut cincang erm.....
Hubby ckp sedap, bertahan sampai kul 12 lunch time.

4 & 5th day I upgrade qty of oat jd 7tbsp ( memula mmg rasa susah nk habiskan, tp bila dh biasa ok jew) hubby said xyah letak coklat powder pun x pe.

So smlm I buat ini mango fruit (kebetulan maid dpn rmh bg mangga epal tu perghh lemak2 manis sedap tau)
