1. ambil nasi yang masak biasa

2. rebus ikan bilis dan sayur-sayuran bleh mix kalo nak (brokoli/kentang/carrot/bayam merah,etc)

3.bahan 2 dah lembut bleh campur ngn nasi td dan blend..

4.anak anda pasti suke..:)
