Fried udon *1st trial


Nah....lately I very passionate into cooking and baking. 
Ini lah yg best nye jd panaskan mmbil jaga anak, jaga suami, jaga rumah, boleh Selalu bermain dgn hobby.
Ni salah satu hobby I d rumah.
Selain hobby ia juga dh menjadi tanggungjawap
Kalau sblm ni hubby komplain yg masakan mommy blh bilang guna jari (pedih hati mendengarnya)
But now, suruh la hubby bilang masakan mommy, ha speechless ko
Dh rajin masak ni, mintak la ape gadgets dapo mesti dapat...yeay

Meh hari ji I nk share  resipi fried mee udon
Masakan jepun yg dimelayukan.
Mana nk cr mee udon? Kt tesco ade jual 3 pack rm8

Bahan2 ( utk 2 org mkn)
1 pkt udon mee
2 garlic
2 vegetables oil
4 -5 shitake mushrooms
3-4 prawn
6-8 slice fish cake
2 mini carrot
1/3 cup shredded cabbage

Sos:
4 tbsp water
1 tsp sos tiram
2 tsp kicap manis
1/2 tsp gula
1 tsp dark soy sos
1/4 tsp sesame oil
3 dadhes pepper





caranya:
1- cuci mee udon dan ketepikan
2- combine all bhn sos dan ketepikan
3-panaskn minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan udang dan fish cake, masak hingga half cook.
4- tambah carrot n kobis stir few times
5- masukkan mee udon dan sos, kacau 
6- masak sehingga mee udon masak
7- serve hot dgn cili potong yg direndam dlm light soya sos

erm...yummeh.
