Dah bosan dgn spaghetti bolognese, smlm dinner I cook seafood scampi.
Kebetulan siang tu br g tesco beli brg dapur, hubby pun dh komplain mommy asyik msk menu yg sama je, try out of the box sikit, tgk ramai yg tayang species spaghetti mcm ni, ha kebetulan 1 of the blog yg I follow tu ade share recipes tp mcm biase, I suka menderhakakan ikut version I and bahan di dapur.
Nah ni la dia..... seafood scampi (jgn tanya den ape maksud scampi yer huhuhu)
Bahan2:
SSpaghetti utk 2 pax
6-8 udang
3 biji fresh sscallop, dihiris
4 biji garlic, dicincang
10 biji sweet peas, direbus sat dgn spaghetti td
1 biji tomato, dipotong dadu
2 -3 fresh shiitake mushrooms, dihiris
Salt n pepper to taste
2.5 tbsp olive oil or vegetables oil
3 dash of Italian mix spice
Sedikit air rebusan sspaghetti
Caranya,
Panaskn minyak, goreng scallops n prawn till half cook and put aside
Tumiskn bawang putih till golden brown, then masukkan mushrooms, tomato n masak few min.
Add prawns and scallops and stir well.
Add spaghetti, salt, pepper, water n italian mix spice.
masak seketika and siap.
ready to serve.
