Asparagus recipe for baby (8mos above)

Kebaikan Asparagus:
can detoxify our system
has anti-aging functions
is considered an aphrodisiac
can protect against cancer
reduces pain and inflammation
can prevent osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
reduces the risk of heart disease
can help prevent birth defects

Basic puree:
Steam asparagus & pureed
siap dihidang (tambahkan air/milk jika mahu)


Asparagus Chicken Soup with Brown Rice 
1 teaspoons minyak zaitun (olive)
1 small onion, dicincang (boleh guna homemade bawang goreng lagi senang)
3~5 batang asparagus
2'' carrot atau kentang atau sweet potato atau labu air
1 ulas bawang putih
sepotong kecil ayam / ikan
2 tbsp brown rice (masak jadi bubur)

Cara: (Guna slow cooker) periuk masak biasa pun boleh

- masak brown rice, ayam/ikan di dalam slow cooker sehingga menjadi bubur.
- sementara itu, steam asparagus,carrot/kentang/sweet potato/labu air bersama bawang putih dengan menggunakan steamer (mine use Mebby Baby Chef Food Processor)
- Bila bubur sudah masak, pureed bubur & bahan-bahan yang di steam tadi bersama minyak zaiton & bawang goreng menggunakan food processor.
-siap & serve ;)
