Colour of joy : making tong yuen with my little chef

Most malay tak pernah mkn bende ni. It made from tepung pulut, for Chinese,  ni mcm hidangan tradisi during winter solest ke ape
Kalau u ol tgk, yg big white ball tu I beli frozen from market sbb dlm dia ada inti, mcm2 inti ada kacang tanah, red bean yg ni dlmnya ada inti black sesame sedap.
Yg colourful tu made from tepung pulut , mix dgn sedikit air and salt. Letakkn pewarna kesukaan n gentel.

Masanak masak, boil 2 periuk berisi air.
1 periuk air kosong jerang sampai didih dan masukkan bebola td, bila dh terapung br angkat dgn tapis dan msk dlm periuk 1 lg.
Yg periuk 1 lg tu, kira bubur atau kuah tong yuen ni
Just boil water, letak daun pandan bg wangi, gula melaka atau guna honey rock sugar. Agak2 manis sedap mkn la jgn kurang sgt jgn manis sgt. Kalau nk letak dried red dates pun sedap lebih khasiat.
Oopps jgn lupa letak hirisan halia muda dlm 2" saiznya.
Masak sbtr n mkn.
