Homemade paprika meatballs using slow cooker

Alhamdulillah dh siap msk for lunch n prepared for dinner menu.
Mmg lately I rajin masak n try new recipes.
This is 1 of recipes yg I cuba dr 365 recipes using slow cooker mase big bad wolf hari tu.
I can say simple , healthy and hearty recipes utk seisi keluarga.
My son loves it, my hubby puji sedap and thumb up.
Kita menggunakan slow cooker dgn sebaik2nya not only to cook baby food in there, tp dessert,  main course meal or even bread pun blh. Ha jgn x caya.

This recipe serve 3 person

1 pound Aust.  Beef meat yg d mince kn
2 biji telur
1/2 cup Japanese bread crumbs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh low fat Dutch lady milk
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp parsley
2 biji tomato,  diced
1 garlic,  diced
1/2 cup tomato puree or sos
Sedikit minyak

Caranya
1- mince daging td
2- kemudian gaulkan daging td dgn garlic, cheese, milk, paprika,  salt, pepper, eggs and parsley. Gaul hingga sebati.
3- buatkn bebola daging ikut saiz sesuka anda.
4-panaskan sedikit minyak and sauté bebola tadi sampai golden brown.
5- transfer bebola td dlm slow cooker and masukkan tomato and tomatoes puree td.
Setkan slow cooker low setting n cook for 4 hrs.
