This is my 2nd trial guna recipe my sister, but since I made for my mom, I reduce amout of sugar and milk and change to brown sugar. So it less sweet and I rehatkan longer about 4 hour, sblm ni I only rehatkan for 30min andvtak sangka hasilnya sangat marvellous.
Lubang2 semut pun cantik sgt terbentuk, sponging dah mcm jelly kata koko.
Seriusly mkn byk pun tak terasa, I love this cake.

In sha Allah, this Thursday nak buat lg 2 biji, 1 nk bg mil (sebab she oso love this cake cuma previous madetoo sweet for her) and 1 for my sil.

utk gula hangus
, 1 cwn gula pasir 1/2 cwn gula perang dan 2 cwn air
goreng gula hingga cair , kemudian br masukkan air pelahan2 dan kaco hingga sebati
sejukkan
Utk kek,
6 biji telur
1 tbsp minyak sayuran
1/4 tin susu pekat
1 tsp esen vanila
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 tbsp soda bikarbonat
caranya
kacau telur td dgn hand whisk, then masukkan minyak, susu pekat dan esen vanila,
Kacau sebati
Kemudian masukkan tepung, soda bikarbonat dan baking powder yg telah dianyak ke dlm adunan td, kacau sebati
then masukkan bahan gula hangus td, dan kacau
tapis adunan td dan masukkan ke dlm loyang yg tlh digriskan (guna 9" loyang)
rehatkan 4jam, smtara tu panaskan periuk pengukus
Kukus selama 1jam 15min or pencucuk bersih bila dicucuk atas kek
nah selamat mencuba
