Slow Cooker Bird's Nest Soup


Slow Cooker Bird's Nest Soup
Serves 1 to 2

1  piece Bird's nest
3           Red dates/ Jujube
8   g       Dried ginseng pieces
10 g       Rock sugar
800 ml   Water

Preparation:
  • Soak bird's nest in cold water for at least 8 hours or till softened.
  • Remove stone from red dates and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.


1. Bring 800 ml of water to a boil in a pot.
2. Once the water starts boiling add in all the ingredients and let it boil for 5 minutes.
3. Transfer all the ingredients into a slow cooker and let it cook at Low for 5 hours.
4. Enjoy!
