Tauchu fish
Sebenarnya ai just nak terai test goreng ikan guna HC ni, spt yg d tayangkn dlm tb spore, xyah gune minyak. but for this 1st trial i letak jugak 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil. hasilnya superb, mmg x perlu lg menggoreng ikan dgn minyak yg byk, meletop2,oily and melekat. Dengan HC ni senyap,xde bau, x melekat, kualiti dan kemanisan ikan tu tetap ada.
masak cam biasa, letakkan garam kunyit kt ikan td, letakkan minyak dan tutup. mommy x guna api bsr, dgn HC guna medium heat ajew. flip la HC or guna spatula utk terbalikkan ikan td.
bila dh separuh msk, campakkan hirisan bwg bsr, tauchu bean and kicap and sikit air. (recipe tauchu cincai mommy ahaks).
hasilnya, memasak tauchu fish yg sihat, kurang minyak ,kurang penggunaan gas dan kemanisan ikan td terjamin. ini mommy guna isi ikan jenahak, xde lemak sgt sbb tu letak sikit oil.
next time cook salmon x perlu letak oil sbb salmon tu sendiri dh ada minyak sendiri (lemak tebal).
